The Encampment branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows offers a deeper journey into the teachings and rich traditions of our fraternity. At Faro Fraternal Lodge #70, our IOOF Encampment meetings serve as a vital space for advancing in the Patriarchal Order, deepening our knowledge of the degrees, and reinforcing the bonds of higher Odd Fellowship.
Encampment meetings are held on the 4th Friday every month, meeting are held at 8 PM at our lodge hall located at 1883 SW 1st St, Miami, FL 33135.
These meetings focus on:
Exploring and preserving the sacred lessons of the Patriarchal, Golden Rule, and Royal Purple Degrees
Organizing Encampment-specific events and ceremonies
Providing mentorship and fraternal education to members seeking advancement
Strengthening inter-branch relationships within the IOOF, including Lodge, Encampment, and Canton bodies
Membership in the Encampment is open to all Odd Fellows in good standing who wish to further their journey and understanding of our Order’s spiritual and moral teachings. Those seeking to join or advance are encouraged to attend and speak with the Chief Patriarch or Scribe.
Our Encampment stands as a place of reflection, enlightenment, and fellowship beyond the regular lodge. Together, we walk the path of faith, hope, and charity with dignity and purpose.
