As the uniformed branch of the Independent Order of Odd Fellows, the Patriarchs Militant represent the highest level of commitment to service, ceremony, and fraternal discipline. General George Washington Canton #70 is proud to uphold this legacy with meetings that honor our charge to “go forth and do good.”
Meeting Schedule:
Every 4th Friday of the month (when the month has only 4 Fridays) at 9:00 PM
Every 5th Friday (when applicable) at 8:00 PM
Meetings are held at 1883 SW 1st St, Miami, FL 33135.
These gatherings focus on:
Training in ceremonial protocol, drill, and floor work
Organizing official appearances, public service, and parades
Advancing through the Patriarchs Militant ranks and honors
Strengthening esprit de corps and fraternal bonds
Uniformed attire is expected for all Chevaliers and officers. Those interested in joining the Patriarchs Militant or learning more about its distinguished mission are welcome to attend and speak with the Captain or Adjutant.
